HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 13, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Additional testing has been completed, and the parties expect the report next
week. The parties will then discuss the results with Illinois Environmental Protection Agency,
and determine the effect on the closure plan.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on March 14, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant, although each party is responsible for their own appearance.
