    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 13, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. The parties’ attorneys will check on whether petitioner has
    received payment.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 2, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline for this case.
