    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 9, 2005, respondent filed a motion to extend the stay of the discovery
    schedule due to on-going settlement negotiations. The People notified the hearing officer that
    they agree with the motion. Accordingly, the written discovery deadline is extended to
    January 27, 2006.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on January 24, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
