HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 1, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties agreed to continue to discuss a possible resolve to this matter and
the respondent is hopeful that it will be able to forward additional proposals to the complainants
in the near future. The complainant represented that it intends to file a motion to amend the
complaint and was directed to file the motion on or before December 6, 2005. The parties were
directed to submit a proposed discovery schedule on or before December 20, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on February 9, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for
its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status
of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
