    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 8, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement, and are awaiting a final
    approval letter from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. If the agreement is filed with
    the Board before the next status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further
    notice.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
