    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On December 8, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. The proposed stipulation and settlement agreement is being
    circulated for signatures. If the agreement is filed with the Board before the next status
    conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:15 a.m. on March 7, 2006. The telephone status conference will be
    initiated by the complainant.
