HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 8, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondents represented that they are reviewing the November 17, 2005,
Board order and deciding whether they will file a motion for reconsideration and/or clarification.
The parties were instructed to be prepared to discuss hearing dates in March or April, 2006, at
the next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on January 12, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
