HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 8, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant is still attempting to depose the final witness. This
witness is expected to provide crucial information that may be used as part of a
settlement agreement. If complainant is unable to depose the witness within the next 90
days, this matter may be set for hearing at the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 9, 2006. The telephone status conference will be
initiated by the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance.
