HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 1, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that settlement discussions continue and a draft of the
stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) is being exchanged for review. A penalty
amount has been agreed to. By agreement, respondent’s answer is now due to be filed on or
before March 3, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on February 9, 2006, at 11:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
