HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 23, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondents
John and Ella Hall (Hall) did not appear. Nor did they appear at the September 8 and 29,
2005, telephonic status conferences. The complainant represented that it awaits the
decision of the Board regarding its motion to strike, filed October 17, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on December 22, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.
