    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 23, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties represented that they have had ongoing discussions with the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) regarding the issues that remain concerning the
    proposed groundwater monitoring system.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on January 26, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discus the status of
    the matter and their readiness for hearing.
