    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 1, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. Petitioner has conducted testing at the site, and is preparing a
    written report for respondent. The test results will be used to finalize the language of the
    proposed permit.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 2, 2006. The status conference shall be
    initiated by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
