HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 1, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent requested an extension of time until December 9,
2005 to complete discovery responses. Complainant did not object, and the request was
granted.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 6, 2006. The telephone status conference will be
initiated by the complainant.
