HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 29, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant will send another stipulation and settlement
agreement to respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 24, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
