    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 29, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant is preparing to send respondent interrogatories and requests to
    produce, and will not object if respondent needs additional time to respond.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 31, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
