    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 29, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties continue to discuss
    settlement.
       
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on January 3, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the petitioner.
      
    The decision deadline in this case is May 4, 2006.
