    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 22, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties hope to resolve this matter before the next status conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on February 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. If the proposed settlement agreement is filed before February 7, 2006, the status
    conference will be cancelled with no further notice.
