HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 22, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney was unable to appear, but advised complainant that
she was discussing the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s proposals with respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on January 19, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
