HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for November 17, 2005. The petitioner did
not appear. The respondent notified the hearing officer and represented that it had a scheduling
conflict and could not appear.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on
December 15, 2005, at 12:00 p.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but
each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next status
conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
