On December 13, 2005, the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules, pursuant to an agreement

between JCAR and the agency, voted to extend the Second Notice period for the above-

referenced rulemaking pursuant to Section 5-40(c) of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act

for an additional 45 days.
