HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for November 17, 2005. The complainant
informed the hearing officer that it had a scheduling conflict and would not be able to appear.
To that end, the conference is continued to the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 22, 2005, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further order.
