    On November 15, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties have not yet had an opportunity to
    discuss this matter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:45 a.m. on January 4, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
