    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 15, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss settlement, and respondent will file an answer to
    the complaint by December 15, 2005.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:30 p.m. on January 3, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
