HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2005, the parties contacted the hearing officer. Respondent requested
cancellation of the hearing set for November 17, 2005 on the grounds that he would like to call
additional witnesses that are not able to attend on that date. The request did not meet the
requirements of Section 101.510 of the Board’s procedural rules (35 Ill.Adm.Code 101.510).
Accordingly, the request was denied.
