    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 15, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney is working on possible supplemental
    environmental projects, and will then send respondent a proposed settlement agreement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 31, 2006. The status conference shall be
    initiated by the complainant.
