    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 15, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. Petitioner will submit supplemental application materials to
    respondent within the next thirty days. When respondent has an opportunity to review
    the information, the petitioner will schedule a meeting with respondent’s CAAPP permit
    staff.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 17, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the petitioner.
     
    The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
