    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 14, 2005, the People filed a motion for extension of time to respond to
    respondent’s motion to strike, and a motion for a stay of discovery. The hearing officer
    authorized the filing by facsimile. The parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer, and respondent stated that it had no objection to the motions. Accordingly,
    the People’s motions are granted. Complainant’s response to respondent’s motion to strike is
    due by November 29, 2005, and the new written discovery deadline is December 28, 2005.
     
    The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on December 12, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
