HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on January 31, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently May 18, 2006.
