HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 8, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents’ attorney still needs to discuss complainant’s most recent
settlement offer with respondents.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 4, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
