HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 27, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented negotiations continue and agreed that
respondent’s answer due date be extended. To that end, respondent’s answer is now due
on or before
February 17, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on January 26, 2006, at 10:45 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, a stipulation and proposal for settlement is filed prior to the
next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order
