HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 27, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference.
Complainants’ amended motion to cancel the hearing, filed on October 21, 2005, was discussed.
The complainants allege that their expert witness has a conflict and will not be able to attend the
November 3, 2005, hearing in the above-captioned matter. To that end, the complainants request
that the hearing be cancelled and be rescheduled. The respondent objects.
 
Finding good cause, the November 3, 2005 hearing was cancelled. The parties were
directed to propose new hearing dates at the next telephonic status conference.
 
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on November 3, 2005, at 12:00 p.m. The conference
must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
