HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 27, 2005, petitioner contacted the hearing officer to state that it would
file a waiver of the decision deadline within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 10, 2005. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is February 2, 2006.
