    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 27, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are discussing settlement, and agree that the deadline for
    respondent’s answer to the complaint is stayed until further notice.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
