    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 24, 2005, petitioner’s attorney requested a continuance of this hearing on the
    grounds that he had not received the administrative record. Respondent’s attorney believed that
    the record had already been sent out, and apologized for the error. Respondent’s attorney had no
    objection to continuing the hearing.
     
    Petitioner’s attorney was informed that this hearing would not be continued without a
    waiver of the decision deadline. On October 27, petitioner faxed the hearing officer a deadline
    waiver to February 16, 2006, and will file this waiver with the Clerk’s office.
     
    Petitioner’s request is granted. This hearing will be continued on the record to 10:30am
    on December 1, 2005. Another hearing is also being continued to December 1, so it is possible
    that this hearing will be delayed until the afternoon.
      
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
