HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 27, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency made comments
to the proposed corrective action plan, and revisions are in progress. Additional sampling
will be done at the site next month.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on January 26, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
