HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 24, 2005, petitioner’s attorney requested a continuance of this hearing
on the grounds that he had not received the administrative record. Respondent’s attorney
believed that the record had already been sent out, and apologized for the error.
Respondent’s attorney had no objection to continuing the hearing.
Petitioner’s request for continuance is granted. This hearing will be continued on
the record to December 1, 2005.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
