    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 26, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. The parties are discussing language for a proposed stipulation
    and settlement agreement. Additionally, the parties agree that the deadline for
    respondent’s answer to the complaint is stayed until further notice.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 5, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the complainant.
