    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.P. Novak):
     
    On September 1, 2005, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until November 28,
    2005 the time period within which Carroll Scientific, Inc. (Carroll Scientific) may appeal two
    determinations of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) relative to its facility:
    (1) a July 25, 2005 determination to grant an operating permit, with modifications, and (2) a July
    28, 2005 determination to grant a construction permit.

    415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (2004); 35 Ill.
    Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency approved a permit for (1) operation; and (2) construction of
    air emission sources and control equipment regarding Carroll Scientific’s ink additives
    manufacturing facility at McCook, Cook County.
     
    On October 12, 2005, Carroll Scientific filed a motion to voluntarily withdraw these
    appeals. The Board hereby grants that motion, dismisses these cases, and closes the dockets.
