HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. Petitioner will contact respondent before the next status conference to discuss
discovery.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on November 29, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
