    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 25, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner has submitted a revised draft
    permit for respondent’s approval. Additionally, petitioner is awaiting approval from
    respondent on a proposed testing protocol to be performed next month.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on December 1, 2005. The status conference shall be
    initiated by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
