    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 25, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. Complainant expects to file a proposed stipulation and
    settlement agreement with the Board before the next status conference, in which case the
    conference will be cancelled with no further notice.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 3, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the complainant.
