HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 25, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent will file a second amended set of interrogatories by
November 14, 2005, and complainant’s response is due by December 14, 2005. The parties
further agree that all remaining written discovery responses also shall be due by
December 14, 2005.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on December 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
