HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 20, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent will send a settlement letter to petitioner next week. Petitioner
agreed to file an additional waiver of the decision deadline within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:30 a.m. CST on November 29, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently February 2, 2006.
