MOTION FOR EXTENSION
Packaging Personified, Inc. (“Packaging”), by its attorneys Gardner Carton & Douglas
LLP, moves to extend the date for filing its Answer to the First Amended Complaint. In support,
Packaging states as follows:
1.
Counsel for Packaging has been out ofthe office due to family illness and other
business.
2.
Additionally, the consultant assisting Packaging in this matter has been out of the
office due to family illness.
3.
As a result, the Answer will not be completed by the due date of October 24,
2005. Counsel for Packaging therefore requests an additional week to complete the Answer.
The Answer would accordingly be due on October 31, 2005.
WHEREFORE, Packaging requests that the Hearing Officer grant this motion for a one
week extension of the due date for filing its Answer to the First Amended Complaint to October
31, 2005.
