HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 20, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties agreed to continue to discuss a possible resolve to this matter and
the respondent is hopeful that it will be able to forward additional proposals to the complainants
prior to the next telephonic status conference. If needed, submission of a proposed discovery
schedule will be discussed at the next status conference. The complainants were reminded to file
their response to the respondent’s affirmative defense filed on August 5, 2005, on or before
October 28, 2005. All parties must be served.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 1, 2005, at 12:00 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
