HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 19, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented that discussions and revisions regarding
future compliance language that will be incorporated in the stipulation and proposal for
settlement have been ongoing and appears to be making progress.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on December 7, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
