HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 20, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney plans to meet with the city council next week to discuss
possibilities for resolving this matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 5, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
