    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 20, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
    status conference with the hearing officer. Again, neither party appeared. Petitioner’s
    attorney is directed to file an additional 90-day waiver of the decision deadline before the
    next status conference. If petitioner’s attorney would like to file a waiver of less than 90
    days, the waiver must be accompanied by a written status report.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on November 15, 2005. The status conference shall be
    initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline is currently February 16, 2006.
