conduct an economic impact study
concerning
Silbrico’s proposal to
amend the Board’s solid waste disposal regulations.
The Department has reviewed the Board’s request for an Economic Impact Study
for Sil-
brico’s proposal.
Based on this review, and
in light ofcontinued fiscal constraints, the Depart-
ment has decided not to
conduct a study ofthe economic impact of the above referenced site-
specific rulemaking proposal.
