HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On October 18, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Respondent has been working diligently to address new compliance issues, and

the parties hope to resolve these issues before the next status conference.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 17, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the

complainant.
